Lapa 1 offers a cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit with an upstairs loft, open-plan kitchen, and living room under a thatched roof. The exterior is adorned with a brick-plastered rock finish and a wooden veranda with a braai. It accommodates up to 6 sleepers.

Lapa's 2 and 3 provide a dormitory-style sleeping arrangement, kitchenette, and a shower/toilet setup. These wooden and tented units come with a thatched roof, wooden veranda with a braai, and can accommodate 6 sleepers each.

Lapa 4 is a spacious 8-sleeper unit with a similar design to Lapa 1, featuring a one-bedroom setup, one bathroom, an upstairs loft, open-plan kitchen, and a bigger living room. The Harbor Villa offers a two-bedroom unit with a bathroom, open-plan kitchen, and living room, accommodating 8 sleepers.

The Whitehouse, a 140 SQ/M structure, comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, and living room with a wooden deck veranda and a Harvey tile roof, accommodating 8 sleepers. The Penthouse is an air-conditioned, 6-sleeper unit with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and a spacious living room, all in a face brick building.

There are several 84 SQ/M units, each accommodating 4 sleepers, featuring a bedroom, open-plan kitchen/living space, toilet, shower, and built-in cupboards. The main house is a substantial 324 SQ/M structure with 5 bedrooms, a kitchen, scullery, multiple living areas, and a veranda. Additionally, the resort features a small conference building, laundry room, storeroom, double garage, office, workshop, sports bar, restaurant, and ample entertainment facilities such as a super tube, rides, swimming pool, barge boat, and yacht facilities.

The outdoor area includes ablution facilities, caravan/campsite setups with shared water and electrical points, and various concrete slipways and jetties for water activities. Lastly, there are 17 concrete braai stands for enjoyable outdoor gatherings.
